My first run hrough kara was a real treat from kanyeeast. I got a great faceguard, which although short on sockets and therefore lower in stats than my current ds3 piece, looks awesome and is a nice grab.
I also got a really tight ring, and a pair of Ferocious Swift Kickers(boots) that are socketable and far outperform the non-ds boots I was wearing.
It was an awesome experience, one which will be hard to repeat with a "normal" group, as kanye and a few of the others were so overgeared for the event that they literally made it look like easy-mode.
